We want you to love your Mermade Hair tools and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return period for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain hair care products and opened tools cannot be returned once used.

Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days from our official online store.
Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label or address details to the outside of the parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
